"Working with Comic Sans" is a series of digitally created patterns inspired by letters of the alphabet set in the Comic Sans typeface. All of the patterns are designed using the same color palette featuring the 2023 Pantone Color of the year, Viva Magenta (18-1750). Unlike the Didot and Helvetica series, the designer aimed to create more organic and free-flowing repetitions inspired by the whimsical curves of the Comic Sans typeface. The designer also explored using gradients along with using both uppercase and lowercase versions of the typeface.
